All About Erica 

I live in New Ulm with my husband and our two children, where I have rooted my heart-forward healing practice. I am certified in Reiki and Akashic Record Readings and Healings — two profoundly transformative modalities that offer relief, clarity, and alignment.

My journey into this work began through my own search for healing. Faced with persistent physical pain, I sought an alternative path beyond conventional medicine and found a deep sense of peace and restoration through energy work. That experience changed everything for me, and I haven’t looked back.

Each session I offer is infused with intentional care and the commitment to holding sacred, healing space. At the start of every session, I set the intention for energy to flow where it is most needed, and I remain fully present, feeling into each chakra and area of the body, guided by an intuitive knowing.

I conclude each session by gently wrapping my hands around the client’s ankles, setting the intention for any energies that no longer serve them to be lovingly transmuted to the Earth. This grounding ritual fosters a sense of closure, release, and reconnection.​

My approach is heart-forward, compassionate, and deeply rooted in the belief that healing extends beyond the session itself. I follow up with clients the day after their session, inviting them to share any shifts, sensations, or insights that may have surfaced. This continued connection is an integral part of my practice, allowing me to offer support and guidance as they integrate their experience.

My hope is that each client walks away feeling lighter, more attuned to their own inner wisdom, and more grounded in their body and spirit. This work is my calling, my joy, and my way of being in service.
