Reiki

What happens during a Reiki session?

You’ll lie down fully clothed on a massage table, and I will place my hands lightly on or just above specific areas of your body. You may feel warmth, tingling, or deep calm—it’s a quiet, soothing experience.

How long is a Session?

Sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes, including a brief check-in and time to ground afterward. Shorter or longer sessions can be arranged depending on your needs.

Can Reiki replace
medical care?

Reiki is a complementary therapy—it supports but does not replace medical treatment. It’s often used alongside traditional care to promote emotional balance and relaxation.

Can Reiki be done from a distance?

By using a picture of the person you would like to send Reiki to or by writing the person’s name on a piece of paper or simply by thinking of the person and also activating the distant symbol, you can send Reiki to them no matter where they are. They could be hundreds of miles away, but it makes no difference. The Reiki energy will go to them and treat them.

What are the
Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records are like a spiritual library or energetic database that holds information about every soul’s journey—past, present, and possible future paths.

Do I have to believe in past lives or be Religious?

Not at all. The Akashic Records are about soul-level awareness, and people of all backgrounds use them as a spiritual or personal growth tool.

Can I ask questions about the future?

Yes, but the Records don’t predict fixed outcomes. Instead, they offer guidance based on your current energy and choices—like a compass, not a fortune teller.

Is it like therapy or a psychic reading?

It’s more like a spiritual guidance session. While not a replacement for therapy, it often complements healing work by addressing the root energetic or soul-level causes behind issues.

Vibroacoustic Therapy

How does it work?

We will do a short assessment to see what frequency is the best fit.

You then lay on the mat, fully clothed.

I will start with a short, calming breathwork with you and start the music.

Once started, the session is about 20-25 minutes.

We will do a short assessment at the end.
